It’s been a while since I took the time to bake and I’ve always wanted to try making mini cheesecakes. Due to my addiction to matcha, as seen here, I decided to make mini matcha cheesecakes!
Ke and I can sometimes get a little stir crazy in between international trips so we decided to try and take more weekend trips out of the city. While listening to Dinner Party Download one day, Ke was inspired to check out Lassen Volcanic National Park and managed to book their last remaining camping cabin for July!
After our weekend in Singapore, Ke and I headed to Bali! In total we spent about 6 days in Bali, mostly in Ubud. Bali is HUGE and despite spending 6 days here we only scratched the surface on all of the things you can possibly see and experience. Overall, Bali is probably the most beautiful place I have ever seen. It is full of natural wonders, Hindu temples, and delicious food!
Our trip to Bali was one of the most memorable trips ever! Bali is filled with amazing food, natural wonders, and the nicest people. I can’t wait to go back.
When friends invited Ke and I to their wedding in Bali, we immediately started planning another trip around it. There aren’t direct flights to Bali from San Francisco and we knew we’d most likely have to transfer through Singapore. Neither of us had ever been to Singapore before so we excitedly began planning a long layover!
During the Chinese New Year holiday, Ke and I also went to Xi’an after celebrating in Beijing. We spent most of our time visiting family but also took some time to explore other parts of Xi’an I had yet to see.
